Called Church Business Meeting

Time & Location: 12:10 p.m. in the Sanctuary and on Zoom

A Called Church Business Meeting, to elect messengers for upcoming annual meetings of two of our mission partner organizations, and to vote on an easement for Dominion Energy to bury powerlines and install a transformer along the southeast edge of the South Parking Lot (across River Road), will be held Sunday, October 13, 2024, immediately following worship in the sanctuary and via the Zoom videoconference platform.

Details for joining the meeting will be emailed to church members on October 7. If you do not receive your notice, please email or call the church office at info@rrcb.org or 804-288-1131 by Friday, October 11. If you have any questions ahead of the meeting, please email them to info@rrcb.org by October 11.

The Zoom waiting room will open shortly after worship livestream concludes to allow access to the meeting.

Per River Road Church bylaws, we need at least 100 people present at this meeting to constitute a quorum. Please make plans now to attend. Thank you.
