Sanctuary and Möller Organ

When planned in the late 1960s to accommodate a growing church, the design of the Sanctuary focused on the soaring aspect of a cathedral-type space that directed attention to the heavens. A classic pipe organ and complementary acoustics would assist in this effort.

The Chapel Organ

The chapel, originally built in 1950 as the first formal worship space at River Road Church, is still used for small worship services, weddings, and funerals.

Grand Pianos

River Road Church has been blessed to have in its inventory of instruments five grand pianos, each given to the church by members.

On Sunday, December 1, please join your church family after worship for lunch and an opportunity to make an Advent wreath. Join us for lunch and make an Advent wreath, or you may join us for only lunch or only to make an Advent wreath. Sign ups are required so we can plan for food and supplies

Choirs will meet in the evening as scheduled.

Adventure Lunch

A creative lunch for everyone. If you wish to make an advent wreath for your home or just watch others do this, you are welcome to enjoy the fellowship over the table together. Sign up to be present for lunch (no charge), indicating your interest in wreath making so supplies can be provided to you. Instruction and assistance will be available.
