Fall Family Night & Trunk or Treat

Time & Location: 5:00-7:00 p.m. in the North Parking Lot & Plaza

River Road Church and Preschool are excited to be hosting our Trunk or Treat and Fall Family Night together on Friday, October 24! Children should wear costumes that are comfortable with tennis shoes.

Activities:

• Petting Zoo on Plaza
• Large slide on Plaza
• 2 inflatables in North Parking lot – designated for ages
• Book Fair North Parking Lot
• Storytelling in Portico
• Tattoos – near food area
• Trunk or Treat: There will be amazing trunks on display for Trunk-or-Treating from 5:30-6:30!

Food Station:

• Snack supper
• Popcorn: Plaza

Volunteer—Trunks & Candy Donations:

RRCB Members and RRP Families can sign up to volunteer

• Provide a trunk and hand out candy—click here to sign up
• Help with food, popcorn, or activity stations—click here to sign up
• Donate items for Trunk or Treat – stickers, small toy like items, or peanut free packaged candy/snacks

Drop Off times: Preschool Office, Monday-Friday, 7AM-3PM or Church Office, Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM

Parking:

Limited parking will be available in the North Parking Lot (behind the church from Ridge Road). Additional parking will be available in the South Parking Lot, along River Road across from the church. A traffic officer will be available to assist with crossing River Road.
