Church Business Meeting
Time & Location: 12:10 p.m. in the Sanctuary and on Zoom
A Regular Church Business Meeting will be held Sunday, January 26, 2025, immediately following worship in the Sanctuary and via the Zoom videoconference platform. On the agenda we will act upon the Finance Committee’s report and budget recommendation for 2025.
Details for joining this meeting, as well as the proposed budget, will be emailed to church members on January 21. If you do not receive your notice, please email or call the church office at info@rrcb.org or 804-288-1131 by Friday, January 24. If you have any questions ahead of the meeting, please email them to info@rrcb.org by January 24.
The Zoom waiting room will open shortly after the worship livestream concludes to allow access to the meeting. Please remember that we need a quorum of at least 100 people present to be able to conduct the meeting.
