Church Business Meeting
Time & Location: 12:10 p.m. in the Sanctuary and on Zoom
The regular Church Business Meeting has been rescheduled to Sunday, February 8, 2026, immediately following worship in the Sanctuary and via the Zoom videoconference platform.
The agenda includes discussion and a vote upon the Finance Committee report and budget recommendation, as well as the Ad Hoc Committee for Streamlining recommendation of changes to the church constitution and bylaws.
Details for joining this meeting were emailed to church members on January 20. If you did not receive your notice, please email or call the church office at info@rrcb.org or 804-288-1131 by Friday, February 6. If you have any questions ahead of the meeting, please email them to info@rrcb.org by February 6.
The Zoom waiting room will open shortly after the worship livestream concludes to allow access to the meeting. Please remember that we need a quorum of at least 100 people present to be able to conduct the meeting.
