Church Business Meeting
Time & Location: 12:10 p.m. in the Sanctuary and on Zoom
A Regular Church Business Meeting will be held Sunday, November 16, 2025, immediately following worship in the Sanctuary and via the Zoom videoconference platform.
On the agenda we will act upon the Nominating Committee’s report for church leadership in 2026, and the Ad Hoc Committee for Streamlining will present a summary and a draft of changes to the church constitution and bylaws.
Details for joining this meeting will be emailed to church members on November 10. If you do not receive your notice, please email or call the church office at info@rrcb.org or 804-288-1131 by Friday, November 14. If you have any questions ahead of the meeting, please email them to info@rrcb.org by November 14.
The Zoom waiting room will open shortly after the worship livestream concludes to allow access to the meeting. Please remember that we need a quorum of at least 100 people present to be able to conduct the meeting.
