Called Church Business Meeting

Time & Location: 12:10 p.m. in the Sanctuary and on Zoom

A Called Church Business Meeting will be held Sunday, September 7, 2025, immediately following worship in the Sanctuary and via the Zoom videoconference platform.

Details for joining this meeting will be emailed to church members on August 25. If you do not receive your notice, please email or call the church office at info@rrcb.org or 804-288-1131 by Friday, September 5. If you have any questions ahead of the meeting, please email them to info@rrcb.org by September 5.

The pastor will present the following motion in regard to the upcoming annual meetings of two of our mission partner organizations (details below):

Because the River City Faith Network/Richmond Baptist Association has moved the date of its annual meeting several weeks sooner than in previous years, and because we therefore are required to elect messengers earlier than we’ve done in the past, I move that River Road Church approve any willing and qualified messengers to the River City Faith Network (October 5) and Baptist General Association of Virginia Annual Meetings (November 10-12) up to our maximum allotment of 5 and 15, respectively.

The Zoom waiting room will open shortly after the worship livestream concludes to allow access to the meeting. Please remember that we need a quorum of at least 100 people present to be able to conduct the meeting.
