Online Payment Information
You may bring checks made out to RRCB with UK 2019 in the memo to the Church Office. There is a check drop box in the Church Office, mounted next to the door to the work room (where the copier is), across from the coffee maker. If you pay by check, there are no additional fees.
If you would like to pay online via ACH (from your bank account) or debit and credit card, you are responsible for the fees the church is charged for your payments. Below are the payment amounts you will pay based on your payment type.
- $350 – Check
- $355 – ACH
- $360 – MasterCard, Visa, or Discover (including debit cards)
- $365 – American Express
How to make your first payment by August 16, 2018
If you are a member of the church and use Access ACS, you will be given the option to login or continue as a guest, please choose GUEST — this will make customizing your “shopping cart” simpler. If you are not a member of the church, you will automatically move to the guest option.
Please choose whether you are registering (paying) yourself or another family member, and type in your name or the other person’s name. Couples and parents: you will be able to make payments for your family in one transaction. At this point, you need to choose whether you are paying from a bank account, debit card, or credit card, to select your payment amounts.
From the drop down box, please select the payment month and payment type you’d like to make, and then press “Add.” You CAN NOT customize the total amount you will pay.
Drop down menu payment options:
- August Payment – ACH – $355
- August Payment – MC/Visa/Disc – $360
- August Payment – AmEx – $365
Once you have added all of the payments you would like to make, press Next.
The next page will confirm your email address, press next.
The next page will confirm your payment TOTAL, press next.
The next page will take you to payment and billing information. Please be sure to use the payment type you selected when you built your “shopping cart,” press Next.
The next page will confirm your payment information and you will submit the transaction.
Information regarding future payments will be available in August.
Please note that the first deposit amount of $350, due no later than August 16, is required for registration regardless of your flight arrangements.
