This retreat is designed to be a time apart for rest, renewal, learning, reflection and healing for those who have experienced the death of a loved one.

There will be a range of guided and self-paced activities that individuals all along the post-bereavement journey may find beneficial.

The cost of the retreat is $80 which includes lodging, all meals, and all program activities. Scholarships are available on a case-by-case basis.

The primary facilitators for this Grief Retreat are Sandy Gramling, Ph.D., FT, Coordinator of Grief Ministries at Richmond Hill and Janie Walker, MDiv., Assoicate Pastor of Richmond Hill. They bring a great deal of personal, academic, spiritual, and practical experience to grief work. They also have extensive experience leading retreats in a variety of contexts.
