These next few days our church closes a chapter of leadership as we acknowledge with gratitude the many years of ministry and service offered by Margaret Collins in the care of little children in our preschool program. Margaret retires June 30, a faithful servant to the call of caring for and guiding little ones in their path of personal development. (“Train children in the right way, and when old, they will not stray.” Proverbs 22:6). Thank you, Margaret, for your work and presence! May God bless your days ahead, as well!

Now, we confirm and introduce our new preschool director, Lyndsay McGreevy, who comes to us from years of experience in Rainbow Station work, Children’s Museum, and Chesterbrook Academy. A graduate of St. Andrew’s Presbyterian College and an active member of a local church, Lyndsay also brings fiscal
and supervisory skills to her new position, and a gentle firmness to lead and care. A mother of two children herself, she plans to begin working on site by July 18, having already met most of the teachers downstairs—whom we already consider a superior collection of gifted early childhood educators.

Our thanks to Lisa Cipolletti (Chair), Sharon Seward (Vice Chair), Mary Murphy, Stephen Newsome, Peggy Pruden, and Susan Rucker (ad hoc) for their faithful and time consuming efforts to discover a new preschool director for us! Thank you immensely for your many hours of labor!

Welcome, Lyndsay, to our team of ministry at RRCB; we look forward to working with you, with important children, and with the parents who trust us with them!
