DESCRIPTION:Time & Location: 9:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall\n\nRise Against Hunger Registration\nFacebook Event\n\nWe will be packaging over 10\,000 nutritiously sound meals for distribution through the Rise Against Hunger network. Some of the meals we packaged in 2023 were shipped to Madagascar. \nThis is a great opportunity for children to participate alongside adults in a project that directly impacts the hungry in our community and around the world. Children 4 and older can participate in the event. Teens can qualify for community service hours. Childcare available by request for children 3 and younger—contact Sandy Rooney or the church office (info@rrcb.org) by September 30. \nIf you have any questions\, please contact Austin Clark or the Church Office. \nVolunteers \n\n8-10 Volunteers are needed to assist with set up beginning at 8:00 a.m.—contact Austin Clark\n80 volunteers are needed to assist with the packaging of the meals.\nYou do not need to volunteer for the full duration of the event. You can sign up to volunteer for a time that will suit your schedule.
