The Board of Deacons and the Endowment Board are sponsoring this dinner that will be a family-friendly, pot luck barbecue (BBQ and slaw will be provided).
Our goals for the evening are simple and just three-fold. One, we want members who do not know each other to meet and get to know one another. Think of it as one big “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner?” Two, we want you to know our Endowment Fund better. And three, we want you to have such a good time that you can hardly wait until our next event.
Childcare will be provides for preschool-aged children and under. The youth will participate in recreational activities with elementary-aged children. Children and youth are also more than welcome to stay with their families during the events.
What should you bring to the pot luck?
If your last name begins with:
- A-F: dessert
- G-P: salad
- Q-Z: starchy side
