Regular Church Business Meeting

A Regular Church Business Meeting will be held immediately following worship in the sanctuary and via the Zoom videoconference platform. On the agenda we will act upon the Nominating Committee’s report for church leadership in 2024, and the Pastor will bring a motion to the church regarding a candidate for ordination to ministry. Details for joining the meeting were emailed to church members on November 14. If you did not receive your notice, please email or call the church office at info@riverroad.church or 804-288-1131 by this Friday, November 17. If you have any questions ahead of the meeting, please email them to info@riverroad.church by Friday.
The Zoom waiting room will open shortly after worship livestream concludes to allow access to the meeting. Please remember that we need a quorum of at least 100 people present to be able to conduct the meeting.
